Faceless

It’s weird to see my face after 2 plus years of not. Drinking a beer I’ll lick what used to be my mustache and end up feeling my top lip. I guess for a couple weeks I won’t be walking around with food hanging in my facial hair.

My chin seems to be a lot smaller than it used to be but I’m sure it will grow with age or something.

My friend told me that it’s funny how I could do this in Seattle and no one cares because no one knows. If I went back to previous towns it would be something to talk about but in the West it’s just another guy walking around on the streets.

It didn’t phase the dogs one bit. However, without a beard I can feel Castor’s tongue all over my face and on my lips and it feels ridiculously weird. I think he likes how the stubble feels on his tongue because there has been some excess licking going on.

As for now, I shall start tending to my new crop. There is no point in shaving it’s just another thing to do in the morning so why not just grow another beard.
